By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing, downloading, or using any product from WRTeam Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue using the website and refrain from purchasing or using our products.

1. Definitions

  • Customer, Buyer, User, or you refers to any person or business accessing or purchasing from the Marketplace

  • Product means any downloadable digital item sold through WRTeam Marketplace, including source code, mobile applications, web applications, UI kits, themes, templates, scripts, plugins, documentation, design assets, and related digital content.

  • License means the rights granted to use a purchased product under the applicable License Terms.

  • Services means customer support, updates, downloads, documentation, and other services offered through the Marketplace.

2. Eligibility

By using WRTeam Marketplace, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You have the authority to purchase products on behalf of your organization if applicable.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

  • ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date;

  • all activities carried out under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

WRTeam Marketplace exclusively sells digital products.

Products may include:

  • PHP Scripts

  • Themes

  • Templates

  • Plugins

  • Digital Assets

  • Documentation

No physical products are shipped.

Product descriptions, screenshots, demonstrations, and documentation are provided to help customers evaluate products before purchase.

5. Orders & Payments

Orders become valid only after successful payment confirmation.

Prices displayed on the Marketplace may change without prior notice.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. WRTeam Marketplace does not store complete payment card information.

Applicable taxes, duties, or government charges are the responsibility of the customer where required by law.

6. Product Downloads

Following successful payment, eligible products become available for download from your account.

Customers are responsible for:

  • downloading purchased products;

  • maintaining backup copies;

  • storing downloaded files securely.

WRTeam Marketplace cannot guarantee indefinite availability of downloads. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own backups.

7. License & Permitted Use

Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the product. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Your rights are governed by our License Terms:

Subject to the applicable license, you may generally:

  • install the product;

  • modify the source code;

  • build applications using the product;

  • deploy projects as permitted by your purchased license.

The scope of your permitted use depends on the license selected during purchase.

8. Prohibited Uses

Unless expressly permitted by your license or by written authorization from WRTeam, you must not:

  • resell our products;

  • redistribute source code;

  • share download links;

  • upload products to public repositories such as GitHub;

  • distribute modified or unmodified versions of our products;

  • sublicense products;

  • remove copyright or license notices where prohibited;

  • claim ownership of WRTeam intellectual property;

  • bypass licensing or activation mechanisms;

  • use products for unlawful purposes;

  • use products in a manner that infringes intellectual property rights.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension of your account, termination of your license, and legal action where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All products, software, source code, documentation, website content, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, branding, designs, and other materials available through WRTeam Marketplace remain the exclusive intellectual property of WRTeam or its licensors.

Purchasing a product grants only the usage rights specified in the applicable license and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Updates may include:

  • performance enhancements;

  • compatibility updates;

11. Technical Support

Support is provided according to the purchased license and applicable support policy.

Support generally covers:

  • installation guidance;

  • product-related questions;

  • bug reporting;

  • clarification regarding documented features.

Support does not include:

  • custom development;

  • feature requests;

  • third-party integrations;

  • server administration;

  • deployment services;

  • app publishing;

  • custom design work;

  • software training.

Additional professional services may be available separately.

12. Third-Party Services

Some products integrate with third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to payment gateways, Firebase, Google services, Apple services, SMS providers, mapping services, analytics tools or cloud services.

Customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required API keys, accounts, subscriptions, licenses and permissions required by these third-party providers.

WRTeam Marketplace is not responsible for changes, limitations, pricing, outages, or discontinuation of third-party services.

13. Open Source Components

Certain products may include or rely upon open-source libraries distributed under their respective licenses.

Such components remain subject to their original license terms.

Nothing in these Terms overrides the rights or obligations associated with applicable open-source licenses.

14. Product Compatibility

Products are developed and tested for the software versions specified on their respective product pages.

WRTeam Marketplace does not guarantee compatibility with:

  • modified environments;

  • unsupported hosting providers;

  • customized frameworks;

  • incompatible third-party plugins;

  • future software versions not listed as supported.

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

15. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using WRTeam Marketplace, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are available only under the conditions described in that policy.

Purchasing a product indicates that you have reviewed and accepted our Refund Policy before completing your order.

17. Disclaimer

All products and services are provided "as is" and "as available."

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRTeam Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

19. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, licenses, downloads, or access to the Store if a customer:

  • violates these Terms;

  • engages in fraudulent activity;

  • abuses our support services;

  • attempts unauthorized access;

  • infringes intellectual property rights;

  • violates applicable laws.

Termination does not affect any legal rights or remedies available to WRTeam.

20. Changes to These Terms

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

Continued use of WRTeam Marketplace after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gujarat, India.
