These License Terms govern the purchase and use of digital products available through WRTeam Marketplace. By purchasing, downloading, or using any product, you agree to comply with these terms.
All products sold through WRTeam Marketplace are provided under our licensing framework and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms define your rights, responsibilities, and permitted use of our products.

Additional licenses are required for each separate end product.
4. Prohibited Use

Claim ownership of the original product.

Remove copyright or proprietary notices.

Publish or distribute the product as a competing product or template.

Use the product in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Unauthorized distribution or misuse may result in termination of license rights and legal action.
5. SaaS and Subscription-Based Applications
Certain products may require an Extended License for applications where end users are charged for access, subscriptions, memberships, or paid services.
It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the correct license type is obtained before commercial deployment.
6. Updates and Support
Product updates and technical support are provided according to the support period associated with your purchase.
Support generally includes:

Support does not include:

Purchasing a product grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
8. License Violations
Violation of these License Terms may result in:

9. Third-Party Services

WRTeam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product.
Users are responsible for testing, deployment, backups, and ensuring compatibility with their hosting environment and business requirements.

WRTeam reserves the right to modify these License Terms at any time. Updated terms will become effective upon publication on the WRTeam Marketplace.
Continued use of our products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
