Installation & Reskinning Terms and Conditions

1. Purchase Requirement:
   You need to buy the product from CodeCanyon to get the license key. Without the license, we can’t start working on your project.

2. Check Demo Beforehand:
   Please review the demo app carefully to understand its features and how it works before moving forward.

3. Payment Terms:
   You will receive an invoice for the reskin service, and full payment is required to proceed with the reskinning service.

4. Project Start:
   We’ll start the reskinning process after receiving all required information and access from the client.

5. Reskin on Latest Version:
   Reskinning will be done on the latest version available on CodeCanyon at the time of starting the reskin work. This service applies to that specific(single) version only.

6. Charges for Future Updates:
   Upgrading your system to newer versions will incur additional charges.

7. Adding Data:
   You’ll be responsible for adding all necessary data to the admin panel.

8. Marketplace Accounts:
   Setting up marketplace(e.g. AppStore & PlayStore) accounts and managing payments will be your responsibility.

9. Server Plans and Domain Charges:
   Costs associated with server plans and domain management are to be covered by you.

10. Logo Creation:
    If you don’t have a logo, we offer logo design services (terms vary based on Advanced & Premium plans). For Basic & Standard plans or custom requests, additional charges will apply.

11. UI & Feature Changes:
    Any changes to the app’s UI, features, or code will incur additional charges.

12. Logo, Name, & Color Changes:
    These can only be changed once. Please make sure to provide accurate details during this process.

13. Changes May Cost Extra:
    Any additional changes, no matter how small, may incur extra costs. Changes will be handled based on our availability.

14.  Testing Period:
    After reskinning, you’ll get a one-week testing period before the app is published on the respective marketplaces(e.g. AppStore & PlayStore).

15. App Rejection Handling:
    If the app is rejected due to code or feature issues, we’ll fix it for approval. However, we can’t take responsibility for rejections related to business verification or third-party content.

16. Access Requirements:
    We’ll need owner access to your Firebase, Google Play Console, App Store, and server to manage everything smoothly.

17. Refund Policy:
    Once the reskinning work has begun, refunds will no longer be applicable under any circumstances.

18. Customer Responsibilities:
    You are required to share the following details with us for proper installation and setup:

• App Logo / Icon (except Advance & Premium Package)

• Advertisement ID

• Firebase Access

• Play Console Access

• Apple Connect

• Server Access

• Admin Panel Details (Username & Password)

19. Hosting & Server Responsibility:
    We do not provide server, domain, or hosting services. Customers are required to arrange these services on their own before installation.

20. Testing & Post-Deployment Responsibility:
    We provide a 1-week testing period for both Android and iOS. During this time, clients are expected to thoroughly review all features and functionalities. Once the final confirmation is received to proceed with deployment, any issue reported thereafter that requires an app update will be subject to additional charges.

21. Customization & Feature Additions:
    For adding new features or making any modifications to the app, web or panel, additional charges will apply.
