Today's Attendance

The Today's Attendance screen provides a live floor view of your staff's attendance for the current day.

Overview

This screen allows school administrators to monitor staff attendance in real-time. Key information displayed includes:

• Live floor view: See the per-staff state (on duty / off duty / open session / no punch / on leave).
• Punch details: First in, last out, and total punch count.
• Working minutes: Total working minutes accumulated so far.
• Summary tiles: Quick glance at the day's attendance metrics.
• Latest scans: A feed of the latest 15 scans.
• Finalization status: The finalization time, when the day was last finalized, and how many staff currently have no shift assigned.
